☆ ARTIST COPYRIGHT:
ᓚ The artist, @laurinhaEt, retains the rights to their own artwork. This means they ARE ALLOWED to post it on ANY platform for self-promotion.ᓚ The artist, @laurinhaET, is NOT ALLOWED to sell the client’s commission, NOT ALLOWED to resell it, and NOT ALLOWED to use it for merchandise purposes.
☆ DEADLINE: The maximum deadline for the artist, @LaurinhaET, is 2 months.ᓚ Therefore, the commission might be delivered within 1 week or anytime up until the final deadline.ᓚ The deadline MAY be affected by personal issues from either the artist or the client. ANYTHING that affects delivery or payment MUST be communicated, even if without many details.
☆ REVISIONS:
ᓚ Changes are ONLY allowed during the sketch/sketch color phase.ᓚ After the sketch phase, any structural modifications/additions will incur an extra fee.
☆ PAYMENT:
ᓚ PAYPAL ONLY.
⚠️ 50/50 Option: 50% upfront to begin, 50% after sketch approval (before lineart).
⚠️100% Option: 100% upfront to begin. Not accepted after the work starts.ᓚ Work will only start after payment is received.

☆ REFUND POLICY: Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
ᓚ 100% refund – If the artist has not started the service.ᓚ 50% refund – If the artist has started and is in the sketch/sketch color phase, and has UPDATED the client, thereby providing proof that the commission was started before the refund request.
● If the artist feels uncomfortable continuing the commission due to issues like disrespect or passive-aggressive behavior during the process (after the service has started).⚠️ NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER SKETCH APPROVAL OR AFTER THE FINAL PIECE IS DELIVERED ⚠️ᓚ Once the sketch is approved and the commission proceeds to lineart, painting, shading, etc., the client must follow through and accept the final product.
☆ WHAT THE CLIENT CAN / CANNOT DO:
ᓚ The client CAN* use the artwork for personal purposes.
ᓚ The client CAN*use it for commercial purposes IF it is a commercial-use commission.
ᓚ The client CAN post the artwork on their social media.
ᓚ In the case of models, the first post must credit the artist.🛸.˚✧₊˚👽🛸.˚✧₊˚👽🛸.˚✧₊˚👽🛸.˚✧₊˚👽ᓚ The client CANNOT claim the artwork as their own.
ᓚ CANNOT use the artwork in AI generators.
ᓚ CANNOT resell the model to third parties without consulting the artist first.
The phrase: "I DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS! ZORP👽" is proof that you have read the Terms of Service.
